the brief

Web Adept has delivered a variety of digital support to many of the franchises of Bluebird Care over the years. This includes workshops on a range of topics including social media, paid marketing and digital marketing and we’ve also been asked to provide digital audits for Bluebird Care to help them better understand their digital strengths and weaknesses.

In addition, the franchises were keen on having some on going mentoring with setting up systems and processes that they could self manage.  

the solution

The first step was to visit the franchises and do a ton of research in order to put an audit together. This boots on the ground approach helped us understand what each Bluebird Care franchises were currently doing and what could be changed to help them succeed. We then delivered a report to the directors outlining our advice, before moving on to delivering a host of workshops to help upskill their chosen staff. Our team also created digital marketing strategies and collaborated with key staff to implement the aims efficiently. Our commitment was ongoing, with quarterly face-to-face mentoring sessions to adjust and improve the strategy continuously, as well as providing reports outlining the results to the managing directors and owners.
