We received this from Leigh Forman of the Bear Hotel in Cowbridge near Cardiff.
Leigh came on a number of short Internet Marketing Workshops with Web Adept this year and it’s great to see the results attendees are getting if they put the ideas into motion. Thanks Leigh for passing on this great case study.

August that had low occupancy due to local weddings not requiring rooms.
Clare, our Sales & Marketing Manager put together an offer,
highlighting what events were on offer over these 2 weekends and we decided to
try it with an on-line offer.
I gave the campaign a unique code so that we could track the
business that came from it.

It took around 2 hours to put the advert together and the
time to upload it to the website. Having
a specific campaign helped to track the business as I could give it a unique
code.
The next campaign we do, I’ll tweet it more often,
highlighting the local attractions/events.
Very pleased to have 9 bookings from such a small campaign,
it proves to me that Social Media, used correctly can be effective. Thanks to Web Adept & Creative Rural

how to use Social Media to market the business.
We’ll be using it more for future promotions.
