If you have a support package with us, we aim to get back to you within a couple of hours during the working day. In most cases, we’ll have your issues fixed within 24 hours, however it depends on the complexity of the individual problem. Out of hours, we still pick up emails and phone calls and will get on the case as quickly as possible. We have even been known to sort issues on Christmas day, so we’re a pretty responsive bunch!
Each hosting and support package runs on a 12 month contract, with a Direct Debit payment option. If you don’t already have a support package with Web Adept, we can work on an hourly rate – just get in touch for more info.
An out of date website is more susceptible to security breaches and can lose some of its edge in terms of functionality. Our technical support team are experts at keeping everything shipshape and ensuring your website is always running on the latest version of software.
This depends on the level of support you have taken out with us. If you’ve gone for any of our hosting support packages, we’ll carry out monthly backups and updates. If you’ve chosen a bundle of hours, you decide when and how you use these.
