What website support services does Web Adept offer? 

No two websites are the same, so we take a ‘pick and mix’ approach. That way you can choose the options that work best for you and create a bespoke support package. That might be technical support for the site, or a bundle of hours so that we can give you a hand with content updates, whatever suits your business and your budget 

How can I request support from Web Adept? 

We’re always at the end of the phone and answer 100% of calls to our office. You can also email any of our team at support@webadept.co.uk. 

How quickly will my support request be addressed? 

If you have a support package with us, we aim to get back to you within a couple of hours during the working day. In most cases, well have your issues fixed within 24 hours, however it depends on the complexity of the individual problem. Out of hours, we still pick up emails and phone calls and will get on the case as quickly as possible. We have even been known to sort issues on Christmas day, so we’re a pretty responsive bunch! 

Is there a minimum contract period for your website support services? 

Each hosting and support package runs on a 12 month contract, with a Direct Debit payment option. If you don’t already have a support package with Web Adept, we can work on an hourly rate – just get in touch for more info

How often do you perform website maintenance? 

This depends on the level of support you have taken out with us. If you’ve gone for any of our hosting support packages, we’ll carry out monthly backups and updates. If you’ve chosen a bundle of hours, you decide when and how you use these.
