Buzz Parks are the ultimate destination for anyone who loves trampolining. With two trampoline parks located in the hearts of Cardiff and Swansea, they offer plenty of fun, delicious food options and a great day out for the family. Their centres are the perfect place to host a birthday party with a difference, let the kids use up all that energy or enjoy a fun time with friends.

the brief

The old website was slow and had a dated look, so the Buzz Parks team tasked us with bringing things up to speed and modernising the design. The new site needed to provide a much speedier and more streamlined user experience, particularly in terms of the flow to the bookings function.

They also wanted to have a clearer definition between the two locations and optimise the site to suit desktop, tablet, and mobile views.

the solution

Our team created an eye-catching, contemporary website with effortless navigation and a much smoother user journey. The responsive design ensures that it fits whatever device customers are using to visit the website and we added footers that change with the location. We also integrated a newsletter feature for enhanced customer engagement, improved the analytics features and gave Buzz Parks a site that was far easier to update than their previous version.

The images on this site were all about giving potential visitors a sense of the fun, energy, and excitement of the trampolining experience, as well as highlighting the welcoming atmosphere and quality of the venues, so top-notch visuals were key. We also made sure that the visual design incorporated their striking brand colours to keep a seamless, on brand look throughout. 

other challenges

This one was a bit different as we had to keep everything under the Buzz Parks brand but divide the functionality so that each location’s distinct offering was differentiated. That meant our team had to split the navigation, making the customer journey as simple and effortless as possible whilst keeping things cohesive.

We also had to consider the needs and preferences of the two separate teams in Swansea and Cardiff to ensure that both branches of the business were happy with the final result.
