An innovative mortgage advice service set up by partners and experienced advisors Adam and Megan; Prism offers a fully digital mortgage service that sets the company apart from other providers. The name reflects their commitment to delivering clear, transparent advice at every step of the process and they also offer customers extras like rewards for referrals and tree planting for each successful mortgage.

the brief

As Prism is a 2024 start-up, Adam and Megan needed a brand new website that would not only look the part but also highlight their unique offering to bring the customers flooding in.

Their paperless digital approach made it all the more important to ensure that the website was super user-friendly and efficient. The brief also required the inclusion of a video header, Meet the Team section, mortgage calculator and third party links.

the solution

While we enjoy revamping existing websites, we also love a from-scratch project to sink our teeth into. As was the case with the Prism team, we were able to discuss exactly what they wanted in depth and deliver a super modern brochure website that has real impact. They supplied us with brand guidelines which made our job easier and keeps the site really cohesive and on-message. We also made sure that they had the desired functionality and a prominent link to their third party client login area.

Video headers and great quality images are not only essential for catching people’s attention, but they’re also a really important element in helping build trust with customers, especially for businesses offering advisory services. Here, we made sure Adam and Megan were front and centre, so potential clients can put a friendly face to the name.

other challenges

As it’s a very new and fully digital venture, we had precisely zero images to work with initially, but we don’t let little things like that stem our creative flow.

Alongside some photos and video of themselves, Adam and Megan selected some great stock images which tied in well with their brand colours and added huge value to the professional, sophisticated feel of the site.
